Reservation Policies
- Rates do not include tax but do include the current NPS surcharge.
- Rates are in U.S. dollars. Rates displayed are based on single/double occupancy in all room types, unless otherwise noted.
- Additional person: $10.00
- Rollaway beds: $12.00
- Cribs: $5.00
- Prices, taxes and surcharges are subject to change.
- We regret we cannot offer a wait list for accommodations.
- We are currently accepting reservations for stays up to 13 months in advance. On the first of each month, we will begin accepting reservations for the entire month of the following year. For example, on March 1, 2008, we will accept reservations through March 31, 2009. Please be sure to include a billing address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address to expedite a response. Remember to always provide complete information on any correspondence.
- All reservations require an advance deposit through Central Reservations. In order to reserve a room, a deposit equal to the first night of your stay (plus tax) is required for each room. You may use JCB, Carte Blanche, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, MasterCard or Visa and we will charge your credit card upon completion of the reservation. The deposit will also guarantee your room reservation for an arrival beyond 4:00 p.m.
Canceling a Reservation
If you need to cancel your individual reservation, you must notify Central Reservations and obtain a cancellation number at least 48 hours prior to the designated check-in time and arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit. Call Central Reservations at 303.297.2757 or 888.297.2757.
Please note, the deposit will guarantee the room reservation only and DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE RATE. Our rates require approval by the National Park Service, so you can always be assured of an excellent value. However, the rates are not guaranteed and if we have an increase in the rate, you will be subject to the increase.
Group Tour Arrivals
For group tour arrivals we do apply an optional $4.00 per person, round trip, baggage handling fee.
For group rooms we will charge a $1 per person, per night housekeeping gratuity.

Reservation Hours of Operation
Open 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Mountain Time, 7 days a week. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. For same day reservations or to reach a lodge guest, call 435.772.7700.
