The majority of our rooms are represented online, so if your preferred dates are not available, please consider alternate dates. We occasionally receive last minute cancellations or arrival and departure changes, so you may consider bookmarking our website so you can easily come back to check the current availability.

Policy Reminders

If a reservation is made, we do require the first night room and tax to be paid as a deposit within 7 days of making the reservation. If arriving within 14 days, a credit card deposit is required to make a reservation. Please allow up to 72 hours for our response to your request

A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required to receive a refund of your deposit.

Please call toll-free within the U.S. 888.29.PARKS (888.297.2757) or outside the U.S. 303.29.PARKS (303.297.2757) to cancel within 5 days of arrival. Cancellation requests beyond 6 days may be done via e-mail.

Open 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Mountain time, daily. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
